Users can browse through a wide selection of artworks and designs on our platform. Once they find a piece they like, they can view it in AR using their smartphone, tablet, or AR glasses. To create a 3D model of your artwork or design, you can use our Photo to 3D tool. This tool allows you to convert 2D images of your work into 3D AR models easily. Alternatively, you can use our AR & AI-powered 3D scanner to create accurate 3D models directly from your phone or tablet.

Currently, you are not able to sell your artwork or designs directly through the Augmento platform. However, people can look at your artwork and designs, see them in AR, and buy them through a link that you've added to your own website.

To use Augmento, all you need is a smartphone or tablet with a camera and internet access. Our platform is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. In the future, as AR glasses become more common, you'll also be able to enjoy Augmento through these devices.

After submitting your artwork, you'll receive a link to share, as well as an email prompting you to complete your registration. Once you've registered and verified your email, you'll be able to create your profile, upload additional artworks or designs, and choose the subscription plan that's the best fit for your needs. With Augmento, it's easy to get started and start showcasing your work in a whole new way!

As a platform, Augmento does not handle returns since we do not directly sell any products. If you make a purchase through the link provided by an artist on our platform and need to return or exchange the item, the responsibility for the return will be with the website where the purchase was made. The return policy and procedure will vary depending on the specific website's policies.
