What Augmento Drops is

Augmento Drops lets you take part in live campaigns run by brands, venues and events. You find digital drops in the real world, collect coins and unlock rewards set by the campaign organizer.

How to join a campaign

  1. Scan the QR code on the poster, screen or packaging, or open the campaign link you were sent.
  2. Sign in with Apple, Google or your email address.
  3. Follow the campaign on screen to find drops, collect coins and claim rewards.

Each campaign has its own rules, dates and rewards. You can find them inside the campaign.

Play safely. Never play while driving, do not enter private property, and stay aware of your surroundings.

Common questions

Signing in, coins and rewards

You can sign in with Apple, Google or your email address. Use the same method each time so you return to the same account and keep your progress.

You most likely used a different sign-in method than before, which creates a separate account. Sign out and sign in again with the method you used first. If that does not help, email us (see below).

No. Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or refunded.

No. Coins cannot be bought. You earn them only by taking part in a campaign.

No. Coins belong to one campaign. They cannot be moved to another campaign or to another person, and they end when the campaign ends.

Rewards are set by the organizer of each campaign. The campaign explains what you can unlock and how to claim it. Apple is not a sponsor of any campaign and is not involved in any way.

How to delete your account

In the app: open Account, tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the web: open the Account menu, then Delete my account.

Without the app: email privacy@augmento.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one so we can find your account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, coins, rewards, drop history, answers and AR clips. It cannot be undone. Data a brand has already exported is held by that brand. Read more in our Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions.
