Two caveats. Zillow 3D Home: the free option and its limits

Zillow 3D Home is the fastest path from phone to published tour. You capture with the Zillow app on a compatible smartphone (including Lidar-equipped iPhone Pro models); a typical property takes 30 to 60 minutes across 10 to 20 panoramic positions. After upload, Zillow's automated processing stitches the panoramas and generates the interactive floor plan in under 4 hours, then auto-publishes to your Zillow listing and syndicates to Trulia, Redfin and Realtor.com at no cost.

The tradeoffs are fidelity and integration. Smartphone capture is noticeably lower quality than a professional Matterport scan: Matterport wins on resolution, geometric accuracy, measurements and CAD export. And Zillow offers no public API, so CRM integration is limited to embedding the shareable tour URL in a record; if you need viewer analytics piped into your CRM (which leads viewed which rooms), you want a platform with webhook/API access such as Matterport or CloudPano. Kuula

Kuula's free tier lets you create and share basic 360 tours, but with hard limits: 100 tour views per month, a Kuula watermark on every tour, no analytics or viewer tracking, basic hotspot types only, and no custom domain hosting. Fine for one agent testing the format; any serious usage needs the Pro plan starting around $12 per month, which removes branding, adds analytics and raises hosting limits. CloudPano
