Augmento FZCO ('Augmento', 'we', 'us') gives you full control over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to request a copy of your data or delete it, including data we received when you signed in with Facebook Login.
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two steps, and we recommend doing both.
Step 1: Email us. Send an email to privacy@augmento.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line 'Delete my data'. Tell us that you want your data deleted. Including the name on your account helps us locate your records faster.
Step 2: Remove Augmento from Facebook (recommended). If you signed in with Facebook, you can also revoke our access:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings and Privacy, then Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find Augmento in the list of active apps.
- Select it and choose Remove.
Removing the app in Facebook stops any further data sharing, but to fully delete the data already stored on our servers, please also complete Step 1.
What we delete
When we process a deletion request, we remove your account and the personal data connected to it. This includes the information we received through Facebook Login, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID, along with your saved AR content, preferences, and related activity records.
How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email once it is done. In some cases we may need to retain a limited amount of information to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Any data we retain for these reasons is kept only for as long as required and is protected accordingly.
Request a copy of your data
You can also ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@augmento.com with the subject line 'Data access request' from your registered email address, and we will respond within 30 days.
